starting fresh

Its fair to say that my jewelry collection, five and two, has evolved. The collection is becoming more cohesive and more fluid. I'm excited to share my collection with others, because there's more to it than just jewelry; its about reminding women of all ages how beautiful they are. Here's the idea behind the collection:

its about you
You should feel beautiful, naturally. Because lets face it, you are beautiful. Women of all ages, embrace your natural features; be comfortable in your own skin. You were created with all of those wonderful features on purpose. Those wrinkles you wish would disappear, those were meant to be there. The junk in the trunk you got goin' on, was meant to be there. The freckles all over your face, were placed there on purpose. You're beautiful, naturally.

the story
I'm reminded often that I have little to give. As much as I may try to give my all, its not enough compared to the awesomeness of God. This story reminds me that even though I have little to give, God can do a lot with it:

"We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish," they answered. "Bring them here to me," he said. And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over." Matthew 14:18-21a
